About Us
We are Merlin & Lila Miller owners of Miller's Home Watch & Services LLC. We first got into the home watching business after moving to Sarasota from Northern Indiana in 2019. Combined we have over two decades of work experience in management, leadership, & public relations positions.
While no license is currently required to provide home watch services in the state of Florida, we feel that some industry standards, are beyond important. We are accredited with the National Home Watch Association (NHWA), insured and bonded as well as registered with the state and local community.
We take great pride in our work ethic, honesty, and integrity. It would be an honor to work with you and provide our services.
